We would like to acknowledge local resident, long time supporter and friend of Birkdale Beach Haven Community Project, Jill Nerheny QSM, who has just retired as the Manager of Kaipātiki Community Facilities Trust. ![]()

Jill has worked tirelessly with and for our local communities. What she has done for the education, health, wellbeing and prosperity of a diverse range of people across Kaipātiki and much further afield cannot be underestimated. We will miss your feisty but measured presence at meetings, your strategic vision of what can and should be done, and the fun and laughter that you could bring when required. ![]()
